I loved these at first, I have four and the colours are great. The problem is the applicator-all four have malfunctioned. I love the products so much that I tip the column of beam into my fingers, gently apply, then slide it back into the tube for safe keeping - surely I shouldn’t have to doing this with every single one of these I’ve purchased (one won’t come out at all actually and honestly I barely bother with the others bc of the effort it requires)?
I also would like to see a return of the liquid colour - I actively have to talk myself out of purchasing another of these as I do not feel I would have a different experience.
Ilia is the only brand of makeup i buy - i hope for another option soon.

I love the versions with some amount of shimmer, they go on well and generally stay pretty well. However, the matte versions go on terribly, they tug on the eyelid badly, and just look a mess. Have not found a good way to get them to go on evenly and nicely no matter trying to warm on my hand first, etc. Ilia please fix the formulation for the matte shades!

I never leave reviews, but decided to leave one about these eyeshadow sticks after seeing some negative reviews. My experience has been that the colors are bright and lasting and I think they’re very easy to use and blend. Not sure why they’re so many negative comments. I have them in several colors and each one has worked well. I like the variety of color choices in both matte and shimmer.
